Getting the phone numbers
County records give us names and addresses but never phone numbers. A skip-trace service fills them in for pennies — and scrubs the Do-Not-Call list at the same time.

Upload it to DataZapp (about 3¢ per number found) or BatchData. Tick their Do-Not-Call scrub option.
They email back a file with phone numbers. Open it, copy everything, and paste it below.
Roughly $20 for 700 owners. Anyone marked Do-Not-Call gets a postcard instead of a call — mailing is always allowed.
